	* cpplib.c (do_define): Cast `alloca' return value.
	(do_include, do_undef, do_pragma): Likewise.
	* cpphash (dump_definition): Cast `xstrdup' and `alloca' return values.
	* cppfiles.c (initialize_input_buffer): Cast `xmalloc' return values.
