CVS-19981209: Patch for "unsigned HOST_WIDE_INT" on Solaris2.6

	I didn't install anything in your absence.

Also, the failure, when building linking.o, still occurs.  I'm delaying
the HOST_WIDEST_INT stuff until I can get clean bootstraps using
--enable-c-cpplib to be able to test whether my patch breaks anything.
