f2c configure fix

I think it's safe to say I don't need to use you to install my stuff
to the repository anymore, as I've had write access for more than a
week, and now even my emails aren't getting bounced off the lists.  :)

But, you're still one of the maintainers, so, in *that* sense, you're
still needed, and you're still needed to deal with libg2c and other
issues, especially configurations.

Therefore, you are not permitted to mothball yourself just yet.

Note that I have quite a backlog, though, and am still getting used
to thinks.  If something critical comes along, I should be able to
handle it, but I might have to ask for help if something is really
hairy (like a complicated commit).
