libiberty patch

Somewhere in the m68k disassembler, it calls a printf-like routine
with the string "%%sr". This fails on systems that don't have
a vasprintf routine; a patch is attached. OK to commit?
I'm posting this here because I was told that the master libiberty is
in egcs... if not, any suggestions?
