This works fine now for the c4x thanks.  My only suggestion for this
patch is that we axe the remaining use of UQItype in libgcc2.c.

Perhaps later on, we could add halfword and doubleword attributes to
c-common.c and thus not rely on the HI, SI, DI attributes for
libgcc2.c.
