missing irix_asm_apostrophe fixinc patch in release branch

Huh, it won't work :-(

It seems that autogen's numbered-descriptions output format was
carefully designed to prevent merges :-(

I give up...  If Bruce is available to do the merge, I'd appreciate
it, otherwise, I'll fix the header file manually again.
