missing irix_asm_apostrophe fixinc patch in release branch

Well, I tried to install your patch on the branch and rebuild the generated
files (using the latest autogen I might add) and autogen complained
endlessly about your inclhack.def change.

I also saw a message from Bruce which indicated that your patch had a problem,
so it apparently wasn't as low risk as you might have thought :-)


Given that this only effects irix5.x, which is majorly outdated I decided it
was not worth spending a lot of time worrying about.
