As per your indicated preference above, I installed the
following patch which removes these parameters.

* ch-tree.h (build_delay_case_end): Remove unused parameter.
(build_receive_case_end): Likewise.
(check_queue_size): Likewise.
* parse.c: Callers changed.
* satisfy.c: Likewise.
* tasking.c (build_receive_buffer_case_end): Remove unused
parameter `label_cnt'.
(build_receive_signal_case_end): Likewise.
(build_receive_case_end): Likewise.
(build_delay_case_end): Likewise.
(check_queue_size): Likewise for parameter `type'.
All callers changed.
