Exceptions

Good evening GCC-team,

Your exceptions don't work on ARM and ARM64. I know the implementation must be older than me, someone needs to fix it.

I've tried -lstdc++ and -lsup-c++ and crashed.

It would't be a good idea to come to You without having a solution. You can find everything i need in my Blink-example, hopefully You get it.

I've tried to implement my database without exceptions two times and crashed. 1000 times faster than NTFS.

I fixed it myself, You can.
