vOS vs Stratus VOS

The related code (config.guess and config.sub) is technically not a part
of GCC, bug a separate project hosted at
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=tree.

Stratus VOS was introduced into config.guess since 2001, so many
existing code may depends on this.

Instead, you can contact config.guess maintainers and ask them to
reserve a name (like "vix") for you.
