Regarding STATIC_CHAIN_REGNUM

So far I am not seeing any architectures explicitly saving/restoring
the STATIC_CHAIN_REGNUM as part of their prologue/epilogue.

Is it enough to mark the STATIC_CHAIN_REGNUM in CALL_USED_REGISTERS ?
