gcc 7.3 bootstrap: ld is skipping incompatible mpc/mpfr/gmp libs

Well I get a different error now - no idea whether it occurs before or after
the step that went wrong before. But it hints again that there is 64 bit stuff
built where it should not be:

It could be that the make process has bugs - it could be that bootstrap is
no longer supported for "--enable-targets=all". I really need some help here.
