seg.fault compiling quantum-espresso

Dear gcc/gnu,

I'm trying to compile quantum espresso in Arch/Angergos/Manjaro Linux, but
the compiler itself is giving a seg.fault.

- It works on Manjaro, with f95 version 7.3.0
- But fails on Antergos with f95 version 7.3.1
