I don't see any HTML or multipart/mixed emails.

The spam email you replied to
(https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-help/2018-03/msg00113.html) says it
contains HTML, but it doesn't. The SMTP headers are:

Content-Type: text/plain
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
