403 Forbidden error while trying to access gcc.gnu.org site

Hi,

I am getting following error while trying to access gcc.gnu.org site from within Qualcomm intranet using Qualcomm provided corporate laptop. Could you please let me know the reason for this error? Using the same laptop at my home using my personal n/w, I am able to access this site.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
