Documented support for attributes on function definitions?

Thanks for your clarification approach.

I would appreciate if the relative ordering of function attributes
can become clearer in relation to other specification possibilities
before the “declarator” (from the syntax of the C programming language).

I saw desired software behaviour for a small test program.
Who would like to help if I stumble on compilation results for this
use case which I find questionable for an other software module
at the moment?
