fp problem building arm cross-compiler

Thanks much!  That made the difference, although in my case for
some reason I also had to add --with-abi=aapcs-linux (otherwise
I got "sorry, unimplemented: -mfloat-abi=hard and VFP").

I'm on to the next problem, but I'll put that in a separate thread.
