passing more parameters in ipa-split.c

Do you know if someone is working on releasing this restriction in
ipa-split.c.

/* FIXME: we currently can pass only SSA function parameters to the split
     arguments.  Once parm_adjustment infrastructure is supported by cloning,
     we can pass more than that.  */

I would like to generate new function with additional arguments.
