libgccjit.so build fails with ISL enabled

Update: in fact (unless I'm missing something, which is not unlikely),
even turning off ISL still leads to the same error, but during MPC
compilation (see below). Please let me know if I am doing something
incorrectly - I would just like to get a gcc with JIT support an as
little compromises as possible.
