Technically I run it by re-running 'make' without any variation of
'clean', as there's a command size limit on Android that would
prohibit a manual run of the command + objects.
I could jump through hoops and do some acrobatics to copy and paste
the command with *.o standing in for the long list of object files,
but re-running make is far easier.

Wouldn't this need to be added to configure and configure re-run?
