Makefile:901 error when I trying to compile gcc 5.1 on cygwin

Thanks all for advices.

I tried, but I have the same error.
When I run make again, I saw that "zip" is missing. I installed it and 
run make again.
I have now this error :

a type
    ParkHelper park_helper;
    ^


No package "park*" exists in cygwin.

Someone has an idea ?
