In gneral, no, there's no calendar, but you can see the status of the
active release branches on the gcc.gnu.org homepage, which links to
the most recent status email for the branch ... except that for the
4.8 branch it hasn't yet been updated to point to
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2013-05/msg00074.html
