How to get declarations/definitions list?

Hi,

I need to get the names of the functions and methods declared/defined
or used in a one translation unit. In this case, I need to omit the
declarations/definitions obtained from include files. I would like to
get such a list in a file or output to stdout.
Can GCC help me with this?
