Problems with <decimal/decimal> header on OS X

I actually am using CLANG to compile it (LLVM 4.1). I still don't understand
why if I "#include <stdint>" in the main it doesn't give me an error whereas
the same instruction in "decimal.h" give me a "cstdint file not found"...
