GCC 4.8-20121230 snapshot fails to build on Debian

I'm attempting to build the GCC 4.8-20121230 snapshot on Debian x86_64
with GCC 4.7.2. The problem first appeared on Debian Squeeze, but I've
since switched to Debian Wheezy and the it still persists.

Is my configuration incorrect or could this be a bug? I've attached
