Debuggable compiler

Hi Hendrik,

my approach was close to the wiki entry without editing the Make Files.
My script was:
export BOOT_FLAGS='-O0 -g3'
export STAGE1_FLAGS='-O0 -g'
export CXX_FLAGS='-g3 -O0'

../gcc/configure
make
make install-gcc

Let me know if this worked for you.
