Bad code generated with -mabi=ms?

Incidentally, we've managed to build a custom 4.6 with that patch
installed (although it didn't apply quite cleanly and needed some
fuzzing) and it does appear to correct the issue. Do you think there's
any chance of getting this into the next 4.6 maintenance release?
