On the InstallingGCC wiki page I specifically wrote "run the
./contrib/download_prerequisites script in the GCC source directory."

It doesn't say "run the ./../gcc-4.6.2/contrib/download_prerequisites
script in the objdir."

I don't know how I could have written it more clearly.
