Functions with the same name being called in different libraries (not exported): Wrong one gets called in main program

That was exactly what I needed. I just had to adapt the tutorial at 
http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/Visibility a little to my CMake config and now it does 
exactly what it is supposed to ;).
