tclStrToD.c:4342:6: internal compiler error: Floating point exception

root@mothership32[~]# gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 4.6.2 

I am building in parallel 2 LFS 7.1 boxes, one 32 bit and another 64.
This happens only on the 32 bit box.
