Attempt to compile abinit-6.6.3 using gcc45 causes "no such instruction" errors

Your assembler does not recognize the vmovsd instruction.  vmovsd is an
AVX instruction.  The AVX instructions were added relatively recently:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Vector_Extensions.

Most likely you need a newer assembler.
