Those directories should be in ldconfig's search path, you probably
just needed to re-run ldconfig (or reboot)

That might be a problem, --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs is
broken on amd64 http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32415
