gcc 4.3.4 installation error on Fedora 14 64bit

from /home/gfb/Downloads/gcc/build, I run:
/home/gfb/Downloads/gcc/gcc-4.3.4/configure --prefix=/opt/gcc434 --program-suffix=434 --enable-languages=c,c++ --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix --disable-checking --with-system-zlib --enable-__cxa_atexit --disable-libunwind-exceptions
