problem con gcc 4.5.1 dwarf2 symbol

I work with lauterbach T32 and  new codesourcery G++ lite eabi 
2011.03-42. Unfortunately T32 doesn't understand new 
DW_LNE_set_discriminator opcode in debug_line section. On the other side 
gcc ignore -gdwarf_strict option

There are some patch and a good how-to for rebuild patched codesourcery 
toolchain for windows ?
