forcing gcc to use a nonstandard list of include directories

--target=avr causes that gcc has 'avr' prefix, so the name is avr-gcc.
Also include dir is ok as it still is an x86(_64) apllication.

The only thing I need and want is to build a gcc that will use a certain dir 
for includes (/usr/lib/avr/includes instead of standard ones like /usr/include 
or /usr/avr/include)
