GCC documentation in .info

No particular reason.  There has never been much call for it.  Most
people install GCC from a distributor or build it themselves, and
either way they get the .info files.  If there is a good use case for
this, please feel free to send a patch or open a feature request at
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/ .
