max-page-size syntax

Are you running the linker directly, or are you using the compiler to
link?  When using the compiler to link, you should use
	gcc .... -Wl,-z,max-page-size=0x100

Also make sure that
	ld --help | grep max-page-size
prints something.  It's possible that you have an old linker.
