PATH_SEPARATOR attempted redefined in gcc-4.6 snapshot on certain targets

Whoops, sure, sorry.  Though since I don't have gcc svn write access,
it takes an extra hoop to fix.  :-)

And, this is embarassing, I don't actually need PATH_SEPARATOR in
filenames.h in the end.  It was only required in an earlier version
of my gdb patch, but that version never made it to the public.  Sorry
I missed this.

I'll post the obvious patch removing it at gcc-patches@.
