Gcc Plugin: error: ‘FIRST_PSEUDO_REGISTER’ undeclared

Hi,

Im compiling a simple gcc plugin and am getting the below error.
I cant figure out whats wrong, but looks like, my Makefile is not
right. Can you please tell me what is wrong ?
