Build 32 bit Ada Library with GCC 4.1.2

If your contractor is using GNAT 5.03 than he / she should have a  
support contract with AdaCore. The support contract with AdaCore is  
very good, very expensive and does cover questions like yours. Ask  
your contractor to relay your question.
