A couple of people have said to me that gcc 4.3.4 is the best of the gcc's. Do the gcc developers have any thoughts on this? I'm only concerned about bugs where the assembly code does not reflect the source code. Clearly some releases like gcc 4.0.0 are more buggy than most. Dave
