gcc-4.2.2 failed on Mac Power G4 running Leopard

Dear experts:

I was trying to compile gcc-4.2.2 on my PowerPC G4 and
it failed with  
the following message:

I will appreciate any advice on what to do.

I am running Mac OS X Leopard on a Macintosh PowerPC
G4.  I also have the XCode 3 installed.
