[gnat] Where did pragma CPP_Destructor go?

Hi,

The section on C++ interfacing in the GNAT User's Guide for GCC 4.3.0
seems to have been overhauled. That looks very promising.

However, one thing I find missing is how to interface C++ class destructor
to Ada.
