gcc-4.3.2 cross build error

This looks like a bug in the compiler.  There may not be any easy
workaround for this.  The error is somewhere in the processor specific
backend.  I don't see any references to dsp in gcc's ARM backend.  If
you are using a custom port, you will need to talk to the author of
the port.
