GCC Problem, 32-bit vs. 64-bit?

Unfortunately, no, there is no 64-bit binary. This is "closed source"  
software, the company distributes only the 32-bit, and my (64-bit?)  
gcc and ld cannot cope. But there should be a way around this, right?
