any companies provide services for building gcc on different platforms?

Hi,

I'm sorry if this is off topic. If it is, I won't attempt to continue
the discussion.

My company (which is small) is intending to upgrade compiler versions.
We currently use gcc-2.9.6 on redhat 7.3. We are intending to upgrade to
gcc-4.1. Are there companies that will provide this service for us, or
provide consultation on the best course of action?

We also need to upgrade a solaris and AIX box.
