option to see the Intermediate repersantation (AST,GIMPLE,RTL)

Look at -fdump-tree-all for dumping the tree representations. Look at
-da for RTL dumps. There should be intermediate dump files of the form
*.c.t* and *.c.r* for the dumps for each of the passes.
