Building a cross-compiler for powerpc-eabi

Hello there,

Can anyone tell me how to properly do this?
I tried this http://www.ifp.uiuc.edu/~nakazato/tips/xgcc.html
But it doesn't work using binutils 2.17, gcc 4.1.2 and newlib 1.15.0...
