Right C FLAGS for my processor

CFLAGS="-march=pentium4 -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer"

But remove -fomit-frame-pointer if you ever want to debug stuff.

The safe CFLAGS page for Gentoo never even recommends -O3, let alone
all those scary ones.  The ricers are just vocal, not the majority.
