Possible missing files in gcc build

This is the third time you've posted this in 24 hours. Don't do that,
it's incredibly rude.
The gengtype-lex.c file is generated from gengtype-lex.l by flex. When
building from CVS/SVN you need flex and bison installed. This shouldn't
be necessary when building from a tarball.
